工作职责

岗位职责：
1.Finish inquiries in system in time 及时完成系统内询价
2.Assess existing supplier source, then combine or develop in order to improve, make it be enough and reasonable 评估现有供应商资源，进行整合或开发以完善，确保供应商资源的充足性与合理性
3.Conduct Supplier Monthly Rating, analyze and make supplier quarterly & yearly report 完成供应商月度考核，分析并制作供应商季度和年度分析报告
4.For the suppliers with bad performance, help supplier to improve if necessary.对于表现较差的供应商，在必要时协助供应商进行改善
5.Maintain and support 6-S principles and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
6.Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作
任职要求：
1.College degree or the above in Mechanical or Engineering background机械类或工科类相关专业，大专或以上学历
2.At least 3 years experience in supplier development in MRO or C parts or Machined parts至少三年以上MRO或C类件产品或机加工的供应商开发或相关工作经验
3.Be familiar with production process, craft, cost and quality control for MRO C-parts and other hardware熟悉MRO，C类件，机加工件及其他五金产品的生产过程、工艺、成本及质量控制
4.Have plenty of supplier sources for MRO and C-parts and Machined Parts有丰富的MRO，C类件、机加工件供应商资源
5.Positive, aggressive, logical, can work independently and under pressure工作积极主动，有很强的进取心，逻辑思维清晰以及拥有独立工作能力的抗压能力
6.Good skill in negotiation, communication, analysis, reporting and team work良好的谈判、沟通、分析、汇报及团队合作能力
7.Good verbal and written English communication skills良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力
8.Good skill in MS Office, ERP system (SAP)良好的办公室软件使用和ERP系统知识(SAP)
9.Good mental and physical conditions良好的身心健康状况
