工作职责

?Choose suitable suppliers for quotations, maintain project key timely, support sales to win new project
选择合适的供应商询价，比价，及时完成报价，配合销售争取新项目
?Assess existing supplier source, then combine or develop in order to inprove, make it be enough and reasonable
评估现有供应商资源，进行整合或开发以完善，确保供应商资源的充足性与合理性
?Improve and optimize supplier base constantly
不断推动和优化所负责产品的供应商资源
?Supplier contract negotiation, strive for the best benefits of the company
负责供应商合同谈判， 为公司争取最大利益。
?Complete the consolicated purchase and annual cost down as planned
按计划完成整合降价采购项目以及年度降价谈判
?Stock agreement negotiation
供应商备货协议谈判
?Handle unqulified goods intime
不良品及时处理
?Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives
支持及推动6S的推行
?Perform?other?tasks?assigned?by?the team ?
部门内分派的其他工作
?Other work assigned by the company
公司安排的其他工作事项
?College degree or the above in Mechanical or Engineering background
机械类或工科类相关专业，大专或以上学历
?At least 3 years experience in supplier development in fasteners or C parts
至少三年以上紧固件或C类件产品的供应商开发或相关工作经验
?Be familiar with production process , craft , cost and quality control for fasteners C-parts and other hardware
熟悉紧固件，C类件及其他五金产品的生产过程、工艺、成本及质量控制
?Have plenty of supplier sources for fasteners and C-parts
有丰富的紧固件，C类件供应商资源
?Have the knowledge of ISO9001 , ISO14000 or TS16949
了解 ISO9001 , ISO14000 或TS16949体系
?Positive , aggressive ,logical , can work independently and under pressure
工作积极主动，有很强的进取心，逻辑思维清晰以及拥有独立工作能力的抗压能力
?Good at independent thinking?, good problem solving skills
善于思考，能独立解决问题
?Good skill in negotiation, communication, analysis, reporting and team work
